Starting with the basics such as 'greetings' and 'numbers', 'days of the week' and 'time' students will progress to topics such as 'eating out', 'booking rooms' and 'getting around'. Students will learn how to both speak and write in Italian. |

Authentic Italian Cookery - Futures - Short Course Provided by Great Yarmouth College This course is perfect for anyone looking to learn authentic Italian cookery. We will show you how to combine simple fresh ingredients to create flavour combinations that reflect the true taste of Italian cuisine. You will discover a variety of preparation and cooking techniques that will capture that authentically rustic Italian style. Ingredients will be provided for the first class only. You will be required to provide your own ingredients for the remainder of the course, a list will be provided on a weekly basis. (10 hour course delivered in 4 weeks) |
