This course has been developed to meet the education and training requirements of small and medium sized enterprises in the local care sector. It offers students the opportunity to enhance their clinical skills at the same time as gaining a recognised qualification in care. The course offers students a chance to study on a part-time basis at degree level, whilst still in employment and is tailored to the role that students are currently in. Work-based learning forms a substantial part of this course. The onus is on students to gather evidence to meet the outcomes within the work-based learning handbook, with support from a named member of staff who will be appropriately qualified and experienced to guide them as and when necessary

Health and Social Care - NVQ 2

PASTEL Transition Training - Saxmundham

PASTEL has developed transition training workshops to deliver key soft, and life skills. This training is embedded in such activities as drama, shadow puppetry, ball games, music, food preparation, media studies and other fun pursuits, which take place in a safe and friendly environment at the new PASTEL venue - The Riverside Centre at Stratford St.Andrew, Suffolk.
